This package is mostly for those getting married at other Exuma venues such as Grand Isle Resort, The Four Seasons, February Point, or at a Private Estate, Villa or onboard a Yacht. Many of whom, wish to celebrate the day before the wedding, in the tradition of a domestic “Reahearsal Dinner Party”. No practice needed here on the island, so have a party that you and all of your guests can kick back, relax and have fun in Paradise . Hint: No Shoes Required!

Complimentary with EVERY Island Wedding Package:

The following inclusions are provided for in every Island Wedding Package and includes all of the basic requirements to get married in Great Exuma & The Exuma Cays, Bahamas .

Arrangement of your Bahamas Marriage License including application fee . Your Certified Wedding Specialist will schedule your appointment for your Bahamas Marriage License with the local Adminstrator's office on your behalf prior to your arrival to The Bahamas. This appointment will be scheduled 24 hours after your arrival in The Bahamas. Your Marriage License ($100.00) and affidavit fees ($20 each) are included.

Pre-wedding consultation in George Town including transport and assistance to obtain your Bahamas Marriage License . Bahamas law requires that at both bride and groom present themselves in person to make application, show identifications, sign the necessary paperwork, and provide documentation for obtaining your Bahamas Marriage License. For this reason, it is very important that you arrange your itinerary to allow time on a week day (that is not a holiday) prior to your wedding day to do this.

Bahamas Marriage Officer to conduct your wedding ceremony . Your Officiant (civil or clergy) will meet with you to put together your personalized wedding ceremony. Travel to and from your wedding location is included (on Great Exuma and Stocking Island ).

Rental of Private Beach Stocking Island . Beautiful Beach wedding site on private beach of Chat ‘N' Chill, Stocking Island for ceremony and wedding celebration (catering is additional and can be arranged if desired).

Arrangement of a Certified Marriage Certificate including application fee and courier of this to you at home . This is normally issued about 3 weeks after your wedding and bears the official stamp of The Bahamas Registrar of Marriages. This is accepted as proof of marriage in most countries.

Our basic wedding coordination fee . This includes an Island Wedding Consultation, your own personal Island Wedding Specialist to communicate with you and make all the necessary wedding arrangements on your behalf. A professional wedding coordinator will also be present on the day to assist you and to ensure that everything runs smoothly. It also includes assistance with your travel & honeymoon arrangements if required.
Site Selection Assistance. Your Island Wedding Specialist will assist you in choosing the ceremony and reception locations that align with your wedding dreams.
Personal Wedding Website. You will receive a 6 month wedding website package with WedQuarters.com where you can share pertinent information with invited guests. This may also be upgraded if you so desire.
Provision of Witness(es) if needed. If it's just the 2 of you, A Wedding Breeze will provide you with the necessary witness(es) required for your ceremony.
Island Style Wedding Décor. Accents for marriage ceremony register table, cake table in Bahamian Androsia fabric with greenery.
